Pulled Pork Ingredients
- 3 lbs Pork Shoulder trimmed of excess fat
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 6 Burger Buns
1. Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, chicken broth, paprika, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Pour over the pork.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
4. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
5. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and mix with the sauce.
6. Serve the pulled pork on burger buns.
