Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt.
3. Add the cold, diced butter to the flour mixture and use a pastry cutter or your hands to mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.
4. Gradually add the cold water, mixing until the dough comes together.
5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and fold it into thirds. Repeat this process 3-4 times to create layers.
6. Cut the dough into desired shapes and place them on a baking sheet.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
