  • 1 cup Butter cold and diced
  • ½ cup Cold water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt.
  3. 3. Add the cold, diced butter to the flour mixture and use a pastry cutter or your hands to mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. 4. Gradually add the cold water, mixing until the dough comes together.
  5. 5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and fold it into thirds. Repeat this process 3-4 times to create layers.
  6. 6. Cut the dough into desired shapes and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
