Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed if frozen
  • 2 large Tomatoes sliced
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut into desired shapes and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Arrange the tomato slices on top of the puff pastry. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
