Puff Pastry Sausage Rolls Recipe

- 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed
- 8 oz Sausage meat
- 1 Egg beaten
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
Place the sausage meat in a line down the center of the pastry.
Brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg, then fold the pastry over the sausage meat and seal the edges.
Cut the roll into 8 equal pieces and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the tops with more beaten egg.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
