Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Protein powder flavor of your choice
  • 1 cup Peanut butter or any nut butter
  • ½ cup Honey
  • ¼ cup Milk or as needed
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats and protein powder.
  2. 2. Add the peanut butter, honey, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. 3. Press the mixture into an 8x8 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  4. 4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
