- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, egg, flour, salt, and black pepper.
Scoop small portions of the mixture and shape them into balls.
Place the potato balls on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Let them cool slightly before serving.
