Main Ingredients
- 4 large Potatoes peeled and cut into logs
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper ground
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 cups Breadcrumbs
- 2 large Eggs beaten
- 1 liter Vegetable oil for frying
1. Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
3. Dredge the potato logs in the flour mixture, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Fry the potato logs in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
