Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 pack Wonton Wrappers

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add a bit of oil and place the pot stickers in the skillet. Cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
  4. Add a small amount of water to the skillet and cover. Steam for about 5 minutes or until the pot stickers are cooked through.
