Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice pork tenderloin into 4 equal pieces and pound each to ½ inch thickness.
Season pork with salt and pepper.
Dredge each piece in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook pork until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
Transfer pork to a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Assemble sandwiches with buns, pork, lettuce, tomato, and condiments.
