Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 sandwich buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and condiments of choice

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice pork tenderloin into 4 equal pieces and pound each to ½ inch thickness.
  3. Season pork with salt and pepper.
  4. Dredge each piece in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook pork until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
  6. Transfer pork to a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Assemble sandwiches with buns, pork, lettuce, tomato, and condiments.
