Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cooked pork, sliced
  • 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.25 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 0.25 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cucumber.
  2. Add sliced pork on top of the salad.
  3. Sprinkle feta cheese over the salad.
  4. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
