Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 package Gyoza wrappers
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying
  • ¼ cup Water for steaming

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  2. 2. Place a small spoonful of the mixture into the center of each gyoza wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with water.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add gyoza and cook until the bottoms are golden brown, about 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Add water to the skillet and cover. Steam for about 5 minutes or until the water evaporates.
  5. 5. Serve hot with dipping sauce of your choice.
