Instructions
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add diced pork and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same wok, add another tablespoon of oil. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add frozen peas and carrots, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Push veggies to the side and pour beaten eggs into the wok. Scramble until fully cooked.
Add cooked rice, pork, and soy sauce. Stir-fry everything together for 3-4 minutes.
Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
