Ingredients 

Dumpling Filling

  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 pack Dumpling wrappers

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. 2. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  3. 3. Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with water.
  4. 4. Steam the dumplings for about 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. 5. Optionally, pan-fry the dumplings for a crispy bottom.
