Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Chops
  • 4 cups Potatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Milk
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes and chopped onions.
  3. Season pork chops with salt and pepper, then place on top of the potatoes and onions.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup and milk. Pour over the pork chops.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove foil, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
