Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chives, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and white pepper. Mix well.
Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold and seal the edges.
Heat a pan with a little oil over medium heat. Place dumplings in the pan and cook until bottoms are golden brown.
Add water to the pan, cover, and steam for about 5 minutes or until dumplings are cooked through.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
