Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 1 cup Chives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground white pepper
  • 1 package Dumpling wrappers

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chives, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and white pepper. Mix well.
  2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold and seal the edges.
  3. Heat a pan with a little oil over medium heat. Place dumplings in the pan and cook until bottoms are golden brown.
  4. Add water to the pan, cover, and steam for about 5 minutes or until dumplings are cooked through.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
