Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup uncooked long grain rice
  • ½ cup water
  • cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon celery salt
  • teaspoon garlic powder
  • teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can tomato sauce 15 oz
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions 

  1. Mix beef, rice, ½ cup water, onion, salt, celery salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
  2. Shape into 1 ½ inch balls.
  3. In a large skillet, heat tomato sauce, 1 cup water, and Worcestershire sauce to boiling.
  4. Add meatballs and reduce heat.
  5. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
