Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk room temperature
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter melted
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Grease your popover pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and melted butter until combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
  5. Fill the popover pan cups about halfway with the batter.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for another 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
