- 8 cups popped popcorn
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
In a large bowl, combine popcorn, carrots, and celery.
In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the popcorn mixture and toss to coat.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
