  • 8 cups popped popcorn
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, combine popcorn, carrots, and celery.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the popcorn mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
