Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 units Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
