- 2 large apples peeled and grated
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup milk
- 2 large eggs

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder.
