  • 1 cup Polenta
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions 

  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Slowly whisk in the polenta.
  3. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring frequently, until thickened, about 30 minutes.
  4. Stir in butter and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt to taste.
