Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Polenta
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese optional

Instructions 

  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add salt and polenta, stirring constantly.
  2. Reduce heat and cook until thickened, about 15 minutes. Stir in olive oil.
  3. Spread polenta onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let cool completely.
  4. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Cut polenta into fry shapes.
  5. Place fries on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 20 minutes or until crispy.
  6. Optional: Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
