Polenta Fries Recipe
Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Perfect as a snack or side dish.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Polenta
- 4 cups Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese optional
Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add salt and polenta, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and cook until thickened, about 15 minutes. Stir in olive oil.
Spread polenta onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let cool completely.
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Cut polenta into fry shapes.
Place fries on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 20 minutes or until crispy.
Optional: Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
