Filling
- 6 cups plums, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Topping
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine sliced plums, sugar, and cornstarch. Mix well and spread evenly in a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the plum mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
