  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano dried

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef and oregano. Form into 4 patties.
  3. 3. Grill the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. During the last minute of grilling, top each patty with pizza sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese. Close the grill lid to melt the cheese.
  5. 5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or until lightly browned.
  6. 6. Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun. Serve hot.
