Salad Ingredients
- 2 cups Mixed greens
- ½ cup Shelled pistachios roughly chopped
- ¼ cup Feta cheese crumbled
- ¼ cup Dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, pistachios, feta cheese, and dried cranberries.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve immediately.
