Pineapple Jalapeño Salsa

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Pineapple, diced
- 1 cup Red bell pepper, diced
- 1 Jalapeño, minced seeds removed for less heat
- ¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 Lime, juiced
- ½ teaspoon Salt
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Stir well to combine.
Let the salsa sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve with chips or as a topping for grilled meats.
