Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks fresh or canned
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables peas, carrots, corn
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 stalks green onions chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add cooked rice and pineapple chunks, stir well.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, mix thoroughly.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
