- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Crushed Pineapple, drained
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Chopped Pecans
- 1 tablespoon Chopped Green Bell Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Chopped Onion
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, crushed pineapple, cream cheese, green bell pepper, onion, and seasoned salt. Mix well.
2. Shape the mixture into a ball.
3. Roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans until fully coated.
4. Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
