Pimento Cheese Recipe
A classic Southern spread made with cheese, pimentos, and a few other simple ingredients.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 jar diced pimentos, drained 4 oz jar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- to taste salt and pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and diced pimentos.
Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
