Ingredients 

Cake Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 4 units eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 can mandarin oranges with juice

Frosting Ingredients

  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 container whipped topping

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, oil, and mandarin oranges with juice. Mix well.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely.
  5. For the frosting, mix the pudding mix, crushed pineapple with juice, and whipped topping in a bowl until well combined.
  6. Spread the frosting over the cooled cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
