Cake Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 units eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 can mandarin oranges with juice
Frosting Ingredients
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 container whipped topping
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, oil, and mandarin oranges with juice. Mix well.
Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely.
For the frosting, mix the pudding mix, crushed pineapple with juice, and whipped topping in a bowl until well combined.
Spread the frosting over the cooled cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
