  • 8 oz Sausages cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup White vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 2 cloves Garlic sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Place sausage pieces and garlic into a jar.
  4. 4. Pour hot vinegar mixture over sausages. Seal the jar and let it cool to room temperature.
  5. 5. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
