Ingredients

  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon peppercorns
  • 1 clove garlic, sliced

Instructions 

  1. Slice radishes thinly.
  2. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and peppercorns. Bring to a boil.
  3. Place radishes and garlic in a jar.
  4. Pour hot liquid over radishes.
  5. Let cool, then refrigerate.
