- 4 pieces Pigs feet
- 2 cups White vinegar
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
1. Clean the pigs feet thoroughly.
2. Place pigs feet in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 hours.
3. In another pot, combine vinegar, water, salt, sugar, peppercorns, and garlic. Bring to a boil.
4. Place cooked pigs feet in a jar and pour the hot vinegar mixture over them. Seal the jar.
5. Let the jar cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 days before serving.
