  • 4 cups Sliced peppers
  • 2 cloves Garlic sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Place sliced peppers and garlic in a jar.
  3. 3. Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the peppers and garlic.
  4. 4. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.
