Instructions
1. Wash and stem the grapes. Place them in a clean jar.
2. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, mustard seeds, black peppercorns, and bay leaves. Bring to a boil.
3. Pour the hot brine over the grapes, making sure they are fully submerged.
4. Let the jar cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
