Ingredients

  • 2 cups grapes red or green
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • 2 pcs bay leaves

Instructions 

  1. 1. Wash and stem the grapes. Place them in a clean jar.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, mustard seeds, black peppercorns, and bay leaves. Bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Pour the hot brine over the grapes, making sure they are fully submerged.
  4. 4. Let the jar cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
