  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • ½ cup Apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup Water
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 stick Cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and add cinnamon stick.
  3. Place blueberries in a jar and pour the hot liquid over them.
  4. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
