- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ⅔ cup Water
- ⅓ cup Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon White vinegar
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
Add water, olive oil, and vinegar. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
Divide the dough into small balls and let rest for 30 minutes.
Roll out each ball into a thin sheet using a rolling pin.
