Ingredients 

Cheesecake

  • 24 pieces Oreo cookies crushed
  • ¼ cup Butter melted
  • 3 packages Philadelphia cream cheese softened
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 units Eggs room temperature
  • 12 pieces Oreo cookies coarsely chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl until well blended. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Stir in chopped Oreos.
  4. Pour over crust. Bake for 45 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Remove from pan before serving.
