Philly Oreo Cheesecake
A delicious and creamy Oreo cheesecake made with Philadelphia cream cheese.

- 24 pieces Oreo cookies crushed
- ¼ cup Butter melted
- 3 packages Philadelphia cream cheese softened
- ¾ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 3 units Eggs room temperature
- 12 pieces Oreo cookies coarsely chopped
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl until well blended. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Stir in chopped Oreos.
Pour over crust. Bake for 45 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Remove from pan before serving.
