Philly Cheesesteak Recipe
A classic Philly Cheesesteak with tender beef, melted cheese, and sautéed onions and peppers.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 unit Onion, sliced
- 1 unit Green bell pepper, sliced
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- 4 units Hoagie rolls
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
3. Push veggies to the side, add steak slices, cook until browned.
4. Mix veggies and steak together, season with salt and pepper.
5. Place cheese slices on top, let melt.
6. Fill hoagie rolls with the mixture, serve hot.
