Philly Cheese Steak Sliders Recipe

- 1 lb Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 unit Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 unit Green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
- 8 units Slider buns
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the onions and bell peppers, cooking until softened.
3. Add the thinly sliced steak to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the steak is browned.
4. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns on a baking sheet. Top each with the steak mixture and a slice of provolone cheese.
5. Place the top halves of the buns on each slider. Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
