Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon annatto powder
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, black pepper, paprika, and annatto powder. Mix well.
2. Form the mixture into small sausages, about 3 inches long.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the sausages until they are browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes on each side.
5. Serve hot with rice and enjoy!
