Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon annatto powder
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, black pepper, paprika, and annatto powder. Mix well.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into small sausages, about 3 inches long.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the sausages until they are browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes on each side.
  5. 5. Serve hot with rice and enjoy!
