Philadelphia Roll Recipe

- 2 cups Sushi Rice cooked and cooled
- 4 sheets Nori
- 200 grams Smoked Salmon sliced
- 1 cup Cream Cheese cut into strips
- 1 piece Cucumber cut into strips
1. Place a sheet of nori on the sushi mat.
2. Spread an even layer of sushi rice over the nori.
3. Add strips of smoked salmon, cream cheese, and cucumber along one edge.
4. Roll the sushi tightly using the mat.
5. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife.
