Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh Basil Leaves
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • cup Pine Nuts
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Combine basil, pine nuts, and garlic in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped.
  2. Add Parmesan cheese and pulse a few times more.
  3. Slowly add olive oil while the food processor is running, until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
