  • ¼ cup Pesto
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Spread the pesto evenly over the puff pastry sheet.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the pesto.
  5. Roll the puff pastry sheet tightly into a log. Slice the log into ½-inch thick pinwheels.
  6. Place the pinwheels on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
