  • 4 bell peppers halved and seeded
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ lb sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Stuff each bell pepper half with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Place stuffed peppers on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until peppers are tender and the filling is bubbly.
