- 1 package Pizza Dough store-bought or homemade
- 20 slices Pepperoni
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
Place pepperoni slices evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni.
Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
