Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef (top round or flank steak) thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • ½ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Black pepper coarsely ground
  • 1 tablespoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.
  2. 2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. 3. Preheat your dehydrator to 160°F (70°C).
  4. 4. Arrange the marinated beef slices in a single layer on the dehydrator trays.
  5. 5. Dehydrate for 4-6 hours, or until the beef is dry and chewy.
  6. 6. Let the jerky cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
