Instructions
Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
Add the beef slices and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the bell peppers and onion. Cook until tender.
Return the beef to the skillet. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper. Stir well.
Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot with rice or noodles.
