Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
  2. Add the beef slices and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the bell peppers and onion. Cook until tender.
  4. Return the beef to the skillet. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper. Stir well.
  5. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
