Main Ingredients
- 4 cups bell peppers, finely chopped
- 1 cup jalapeño peppers, finely chopped
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 5 cups sugar
- 1 packet liquid pectin
Combine bell peppers, jalapeño peppers, and vinegar in a large pot.
Stir in sugar and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Boil for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in liquid pectin and boil for another minute.
Remove from heat and skim off any foam.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
