Main Ingredients
- 500 g pork shoulder cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Bamboo skewers soaked in water
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, curry powder, turmeric powder, ground coriander, ground cumin, garlic, and vegetable oil.
Add pork strips to the marinade, mix well, and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
Thread the marinated pork onto bamboo skewers.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
